The Game of Memory

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. Enjoy!

Nobody needs to post anything on this . . . but I've got a few friends who did this and it's always fun to remember the good times. I had a good time doing it with them.

**Oh, and Charlotte, if you choose to write on this (which you don't have to), please do not put your favorite memory as they time I fell outside of the Benson building at 10:00 in the morning--only the busiest time of the day. I don't need help remembering that.

Yay! I've been waiting for this. Ok, here we go....

...I remember decorating your room after you made cheerleader and I covered your bed with Reese's Pieces and I had to eat all the yellow ones because ZHS colors were orange and black, no yellow. Anyway, you were pretty surprised to find Angela and me in your room with all the orange and black decor.

Also, I remember always going on double dates with our boyfriends because I always had to double date in HS. We always went to Burger King and a movie. The excitement of the Yakima Valley.

I remember getting thrown together a lot and occasionally having petty little fights but always being friends, because I knew that you would be there for me no matter what.

I remember doing student gov't in the mornings before school and skipping out on seminary to go and then not really do anything once we were in ASB class.

I remember all the boys always being so in love with you (including my hubby). Must've been that gorgeous hair!

I could go on but then I wouldn't leave room for anyone else to post a memory:)

oh where to begin. Pretty much I remember that we were incredibly crazy irresponsible freshman (at least I was) and then sophomores that often acted like freshman when we lived together.
A specific incidence of this was chasing each other around Heritage halls with bowls of water. Who knows why. And I don't regret any of it - actually most of it - because we always had so much fun.

Oh, Meliss...

Where do I begin? So many memories, so little time....

I remember our 7-11 days in Eagle River. We would scrimp and scurry for every last penny just so we could walk down, or more dangerously ride bikes, down to the 7-11 to buy whatever treats that our parents normally tried to deprive us of. I remember being so excited that I was able to buy the biggest drink, then got on my bike and tried riding with it, and bam!!! 7-Up all over the parking lot!

Then there was the days at Camp LaDaSa. I loved that place and loved when you guys would come up and join us at the lake. SO fun.

I remember when we (me and Kaylin) discoverd that you had gotten boobs and we hadn't yet...so jealous!

I remember you teaching me cheers at Grama and Grampa's ranch over the summer. Z-H-S!!!

Then of course there is the Hellish Thanksgiving of 1999. That was a fun one! We had crappy Turkey with all the diabetic fixins and then we got yelled at and left shortly there after for a nice 14 hour drive home.

Oh! The memories! Looking forward to lifetimes of more!

I remember a few summer evenings spent together with a certain Englishman while living in Liberty Square... ahhh... the accent. :) Did you ever get a chance to meet his wife while they were in Provo? She was totally awesome- completely deserving of him.

Oh Meliss...I remember all of our Alaskan get togethers---the big hill in Eagle River by your house,
"babysitting" you guys when your mom had Hillary, getting together at Grama and Grampa's, sledding and hot chocolate. And one of my sweetest memories of late was right after I had Spencer you came over one afternoon and we just watched recorded tv shows all afternoon and ate a Papa Murphy's chicken pizza. It was so nice to have an adult to talk to and especially to spend some good quality time with you. Love you!
Oh and Oregon trips are the best...I love the hotel memories and the crazy Jeannine stories that seem to always rack up every year.
